Why Chose the Millennium Suite?

– measures 20 metres by 11 metres

– can seat up to 100 for formal dinners (we have 10 large circle tables each seating up to 10 people)

– can accommodate up to 150 for discos etc

– 75″  Smart TV/Media Screen with DVD & Laptop Links

– Bluetooth compatible surround sound system to play your own music as required

– Outside decking/viewing area with awning covers which can comprise part of your hire at no charge

– Bespoke downlighting, colours available to suit your function (or disco pulsating colours).

– Disabled Toilet Facilities

– Adjoining the suite is a large fully equipped kitchen, which measures 7 metres by 5 metres. This can be used by yourself or by outside caterers to suit your requirements. Hire of this facility only £15.

– The function room is totally private and secure with its own large dance floor and independent bar facilities.

– We have 10 large tables each seating 10 (hire £30), 100 white chair covers (hire £50) and 10 large table cloths (hire £30). If required, please discuss with steward.

– Entertainment can be booked by you to suit your personal choice from background music, to discos, live bands and live entertainment. (or just bluetooth your own music). We may be able to help with DJ’s (please ask steward).

– The room is equipped with ramps for people with special needs and disabled toilets are available.

– We enjoy ample free parking within the immediate vicinity of the Millennium Suite for you and your guests. We also have our own car park.

– CCTV throughout

– The hire of the facility for a session is a modest £60 for non members & £40 for members plus £15 for kitchen if required. Fees for longer periods of hire are negotiable. Free for registered charities. Room hire fee and deposit will be refunded where 50 adults attend and the bar is required. Returnable deposit of £50 is required to secure all bookings.
